Return Policy

We stand behind all of our products and want all of our (BELLAS) customers to be satisfied with them. Our ultimate objective is to keep our customers happy,  we will always do our best to take care of our customers and to treat them fairly.
  • If your are un happy with your purchase, please send it back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. 

  • We will gladly issue you a refund in the form of store credit for future use. 

  • Defective items need to be reported to us within 2 days.

  • You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for the returned items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

  • Returned items must be un altered, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all the original tags. 

  • Final Sale & Sale Items, Body Suits, Undergarments,and are Non Returnable. 

  • Helpful Hint: Ship items with USPS with a tracking # for your convenience.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • A.B.B. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing; An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

  • Exchanges: Due to the fact that we can not ensure that you will be issued the same style/size you desire by the time the returned items come back to us we are un able to accommodate exchanges by mail; a store credit will be issued. 

  • Pack your item(s) securely. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, bodysuit dresses, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items

  • Store credit for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return upon receipt.
